  • Xero: Accounting, invoicing and bookkeeping (which may include client contact and billing details).

  • NatWest Bank Plc: Banking and payment processing (for example, receiving and making payments; bank statements may include transaction and contact details).

  • Pleo: Expense management and company cards, including receipt capture and reimbursement (which may include transaction details and associated contact and billing information).

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK and/or European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or other mechanisms permitted under UK GDPR.
